Myanmar authorities brought back 135 Myanmar nationals from Thailand and 38 from Bangladesh to home by a relief flight on Wednesday, Xinhua reported.
In order to retrieve the Myanmar nationals from Thailand and Bangladesh, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs coordinated with the Myanmar embassies in Bangkok and Dhaka as well as their local government ministries.
The returnees will be put under quarantine at designated facilities or hotels for 21 days in line with the directives issued by the Ministry of Labour, Immigration and Population and the Ministry of Health and Sports, the report said.
