A Chinese cultural troupe held performances in Myanmar's former capital city of Yangon in celebration of Chinese Spring Festival, Xinhua reported.

Shown at the National Theater, the performances, titled Culture of China, Festival of Spring, featured songs and dances including Chinese ethnic traditional ones, classical music and Peking opera.

Present at the concert were Union Minister of Religious Affairs and Culture U Aung Ko, Chinese Ambassador Hong Liang and Chairman of the Yangon Chinatown Spring Festival Organizing Committee U Chit Sein.
