India will hand over 200 houses today to Myanmar built for Rakhine State under the Rakhine State Development Programme (RSDP), The Economic Times reported.

The focus of RSDP has been on sustainable solutions based on creative socio-economic development. A Pilot Project under RSDP has been the construction of the 250 pre-fabricated house at three villages in Northern Rakhine State.

All 250 houses have been completed. The first 50 houses were handed over to Myanmar by the President of India during his State visit to Myanmar in December 2018. The remaining houses will be handed over by Ambassador of India Saurabh Kumar to Myanmar.
