Mandalay Region government Chief Minister Dr. Zaw Myint Maung said that lands under the management of the region government used for development would focus on the people and not the government.

“If we use the lands under the management of the government, they must be for the development for the people. They must not be for the interests of the government,” He said.

CM Dr. Zaw Myint Maung was speaking at the signing ceremony for the Mixed-Use Development Plan held at Theikpan Street, between 69th and 70th Streets, Chanmyatharsi Township, Mandalay on May 28.
