Shan Nationalities League for Democracy (SNLD) chairman Khun Tun Oo said that they had one more duty to amend the constitution from preamble to end which is not in line with the wishes of ethnic people.

Chairman Khun Tun Oo was speaking at the 32nd anniversary foundation day of SNLD held on October 26 in Chanmyathazi Township, Mandalay Region.

SNLD was founded in October 1988 and the party will contest three seats of House of Nationalities (upper house), 14 seats in House of Representatives (lower house), 28 seats in Shan State Legislative Assembly, Ethnic Affairs Minister posts in Kachin State and Mandalay Region.
