LSC-FMI Co., Ltd, the strategic joint venture between First Myanmar Investment Co., Ltd. and Lighting Specialist Co., Ltd., also known as KrisLite, have just announced the grand opening of the KrisPLAZA Nay Pyi Taw Sales Gallery, a new US$24 million [K24 billion] residential and commercial development in a “premium Nay Pyi Taw growth location.”
With 24 hour uninterrupted electricity, Nay Pyi Taw is witnessing the rise of over 1,000 hotels and inns, numerous shopping complexes, zoos, gardens, waterparks, and pagodas. Most notably Nay Pyi Taw hosted the ASEAN Business Summit, the ASEAN Summit and the East Asia Summit in 2014. Annually the new capital hosts many conventions, gatherings and ceremonies such as the Independence Day celebrations, Armed Forces Day, the National Sports Festival and, the Myanmar Gems Emporium, which earned over US$2.4 billion this past year.
The company says Nay Pyi Taw has grown and will only continue to grow and be a prominent city in the domestic and international stage.
Sales for KrisPLAZA kicked off in Yangon in March this year. Since then many of the 114 condominiums have been sold with many potential buyers expressing their interest. For potential buyers, there is an exclusive launch this weekend in Nay Pyi Taw. From May 8-10, interested parties can purchase the units at privileged prices.
