The Mizzima News Agency seeks applications for the following jobs:
* English Copy Editor (full-time job) – Minimum 5 years-experiences in journalism and editing, must be a native English speaker, knowledgeable about Burma issues, commitment to freedom of expression, and flexible with the working hours.
* Project Manager (full-time job) – Minimum 5 years experiences in organizational management, project planning and implementation, a Master’s degree in management or public relations and communications, well-experienced in narrative and financial reporting, experiences in working with funding agencies, and flexible with the working hours.
* Trainer for broadcasting journalism (full-time job) – Minimum 5 years experiences in broadcasting journalism and training, must be able to travel to different places for training purposes, preferably speaking both Burmese and English, ability to be a part of team with young journalists from Burma and flexible with the working hours.
Location: India or Thailand
Duration: Starting from a 3 months contract that can be extended to one year and beyond
