The Nargis cyclone has hit Burma's former Capital Rangoon since last mid night and residents say Most severe in history.<br /> Image:JTWC  Tropical Cyclone Nargis, with an estimated wind speed of 70 knots to 130 kmph on Tuesday.  Some time between Friday afternoon and Saturday afternoon the cyclone is likely to hit west or northwest of Rangoon, Burma.<br /> Image:JTWC
