Myanmar’s hero Aung La N Sang AKA the Burmese Python showed what he was made of on Friday night in the ring with Alain “The Panther” Ngalani in Yangon.
ONE Championship (ONE), had the crowds cheering at the Thuwunna Indoor Stadium with yet another exciting mixed martial arts event, according to local media.
“ONE: HERO’S DREAM” showcased the absolute best in local and international martial arts talent competing inside the ONE Championship cage.
The main event was Myanmar hero Aung La N Sang taking on and defeating the Muay Thai and kickboxing heavyweight champion The Panther.
This was the promoter’s first ever Open Weight Super-Bout.
Aung La N Sang reportedly weathered some early to blog to then get his opponent in a clinch and submission in the first round.
The night included several other fights, including a women’s bout in which Miao “Supermom” Jie from Shanghai beat her Australian opponent Amira Hafizovic, according to the SCMP.
