Rakhine National Party (RNP) Vice-Chairperson Aye Nuu Sein said at the third session of the 21st Century Panglong Conference that started on 11 July in Naypyitaw that ethnic forces should not be seen as extremists and narrow-minded.
She was speaking during her opening address delivered on behalf of Political Parties’ Group at Panglong Conference.
Aye Nuu Sein added that trust deficit between ethnic people and the majority Burman was caused by uneven development between States and Burma proper, strict centralization and mismanagement.
