Turkish ambassdor to Myanmar Kerim Divanlioglu has promised to help Myanmar in promoting inter-religious harmony in Rakhine.
"We stand by Myanmar in this hour of crisis and we will extend all help to sort out the problem in Rakhine,'' said the ambassdor during celebrations of the 94th anniversary of proclamation of the Republic of Turkey.
The celebrations were held in Sule Shangrila Hotel in Yangon on Monday.
Mr Divanliogliu promised to bring Turkish Airlines to Yangon to improve Myannmar's connectivity with the world.  
Turkish president Reccip Erdogan has pressed Bangladesh to give refuge to Rohingya refugees and promised Turkish financial support.
