Officers of the military intelligence arrested a chairman of a township this morning for allegedly playing cards in office.
Kyaw Khaing, the Chiarman of Sanchaung Township Pace and Development Council and Secretary Khin Maung Oo were among the group of detainees.
" It is strange. They were playing cards for fun but Sayapha (Military Affairs Security) arrested them, " said a source close to the township authority.
