Dow showcases water purification products for the Myanmar market

One of the exhibitors at the Myanmar Water Show 2017 in Yangon this week is the Dow Chemical company.
From lowering waste water generation for residential customers to achieving high water and purification efficiency in industrial use, world leader in sustainable water separation and purification technologies Dow Water & Process Solutions, a business unit of Dow DuPont Specialty Products, introduced its latest range of advanced water treatment technology products to the Myanmar market, according to a press release October 26. 
The products, specifically designed for industrial and residential applications, are being showcased at Booth F09 at the Myanmar Water 2017 at the Tatmadaw Exhibition Hall in Yangon from October 26 to 28. The list of key products includes: 
DOW IntegraFlux UF Modules – With up to 35 per cent higher permeability than the previous generation, this product facilitates high removal capability for bacteria, viruses, colloids, silt and more;
DOW FILMTEC LC HR 4040 & DOW FILMTEC ECO RO membranes for industrial application. This technology produces high-quality water with state-of-the-art reverse osmosis membrane to meet customer needs in commercial application; 
DOWEX Marathon resins for industrial application. This is designed for water utility operators and power plant chemists who are concerned with achieving maximum water and chemical efficiency; 
DOW AQUALAST 1812 high recovery RO for residential application. Features high recovery that can lower waste water generation, long life in scaling applications and offers longer shelf-life, among other usages. 
The company started its operation in Myanmar in January 2016 with the commitment to foster the country’s industrial and economic growth strategy by focusing on high-growth sectors such as Building and Construction, Infrastructure, Agriculture and Consumer Markets. 
During the show, experts from Dow will also held Technology Symposium to share RO Membrane & Water System Troubleshooting and introduce new residential RO product Technology in Food & Drink Industry
