Key Selection Criteria:
- Good editorial experience: Ideally a minimum of 2 years experience in journalism/editing
- Must be a native Burmese speaker, knowledgeable about Burma issues
- Commitment to freedom of expression, and flexible with working hours
- Ideally, should have the ability to rewrite and copyedit Burmese articles
- Will work closely with the Editor-in-Chief
- Ideally should work well with all staff or varying ranks and levels
- Will be based in New Delhi (India)
- Must not work for anyone else (except for Mizzima News)
Salary: Competitive local salary
