The National Referendum Convening Commission Chairman U Aung Toe today announced on state-owned radio that 20,786,596 voters cast 'YES' vote out of a total eligible voters of over 22 million in the constitutional referendum held on 10th May 2008 so the percentage of 'YES' vote is 92.per cent.
