34 new COVID-19 cases registered

Myanmar registered 34 new COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours, the Health and Sports Ministry said Tuesday, Xinhua reported.

The total number of COVID-19 infections in the country has now risen to 143,131, with the death toll standing at 3,213, the release said.

Another 12 recovered patients have been discharged from hospitals, bringing the number of recoveries to 132,135 as of Tuesday.
