Chinese foreign ministry spokeswoman Mao Ning says China's ties with Russia are "normal economic and trade cooperation... on a basis of equality and mutual benefit". She adds that China opposes unilateral sanctions unauthorised by the UN Security Council, as Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin hailed ties with China and said he hoped trade between the two countries could reach $200 billion.
