Laboratory tests of the National Health Laboratory (Yangon) of the 95 samples and 119 samples by the Department of Medical Research, totalling 214, on 4 May showed that 5 new cases, and one new case tested at No.2 Defence Services Hospital (1,000-bed) in Nay Pyi Taw, totals 6 new cases, state media reported.
There is a total of 161 confirmed cases in Myanmar up to 8:00 pm on 4 May. 6 positive patients have died until now.
There is a total of 61 new persons under investigation in the past 24 hours from 12 noon of 4 May.
