Thai PM Prayut Chan-o-cha meets in Thailand with UN Special Envoy on Myanmar Noeleen Heyzer, who is currently meeting with ASEAN members. Heyzer has not yet been formerly accepted by the Junta in Myanmar, which recently closed the office of the previous envoy.
