"Because of him, the entire village is in trouble. He provided Military Council troops with information on CDM teachers. He also threatened CDM teachers with exclusion from the CDM. He gave the name and address of over 500 CDM people to Military Council troops before we executed him," Nway Mike of the Myingyan 35 Guerrilla Force said.

After the administrator was executed in Sanpya village of about 500 households, Military Council troops arrived to investigate the death. However, they are no longer stationed in the village, according to locals.
