China's foreign ministry slams the Biden administration's decision to give US federal agencies 30 days to ban the Chinese-owned app TikTok from all government-issued devices.

"We firmly oppose the wrong practice of the United States to generalize the concept of national security, abuse state power, and unreasonably suppress firms from other countries," spokeswoman Mao Ning says.
