Taiwan's foreign ministry hits out at China whom it calls the "mastermind" behind the island's removal from The Central American Parliament (PARLACEN) as a permanent observer, to be replaced by China. The ouster vote, introduced by Beijing ally Nicaragua represented a bid by the two countries to "undermine democracy" in the region.
