Speaking on behalf of G7 diplomats, Japanese Foreign Minister Yoshimasa Hayashi warns China about the expansion of its nuclear arsenal.

Hayashi also described Russia's invasion of Ukraine as "an outrageous act", adding: "The security of Europe and the security of the Indo-Pacific are inseparable, and I, myself, have the sense of crisis that Ukraine today could be East Asia tomorrow."
