Pyu Saw Htee leader Myo Si Thu was killed in Bilin Township, Mon State by the Kyaikto Revolution Force (KRF) on 11 July.

According to the KRF Myo Si Thu, a Pyu Saw Htee leader and junta informant who lived in Thapye Ni Village in Bilin Township, was arrested by the Second Battalion KRF inside Thapye Ni Monastery at around 8 pm on 11 July.

A KRF statement said: "When the Pyu Saw Htee leader was arrested, two grenades were confiscated from him. After his interrogation, the joint force assassinated him."

The KRF also added that it will annihilate the terrorist junta troops and their supporters, and will continue fighting until the military dictatorship falls.
