A PDF told Mizzima that a landmine had been planted to warn a CB Bank branch in Yangon which fired the CDM staff.

It was planted at CB Bank on the corner of Thein Phyu Road and Mahabandula Road on December 23.

The bank has been pressuring employees to return to work on non-violent CDM operations and the employees are fired just as a reason for failing to report long leave without notice.

A local resident said that the military council was investigating after the landmine was discovered.
