Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov says that Moscow backs Beijing's One China policy on Taiwan and calls on the US not to "aggravate the situation" over the island. Lavrov is speaking after the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation meeting in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
