US Secretary of State Antony Blinken voices skepticism over Chinese President Xi Jinping's "peace" proposals in Moscow. "If China is committed to supporting an end to the war, (...) it can engage with President Zelensky and Ukraine," Blinken tells reporters. During a press conference the US' top diplomat also discusses the prospects for peace in Ethiopia, which he visited days ago, making a forceful call for accountability for the atrocities committed, the US concluded, by Ethiopian and Eritrean troops as well as rebels during the brutal two-year conflict.
