11 victims buried in a landslide in Mogok township which destroyed a house were recovered from the rubble.

The landslide struck some residential areas in Aung Thit Lwin Ward, west of Mogok township, on 24 August.

Local aid workers said that aid groups spent the day searching with excavators, but only bodies were found. The dead included three children, five men and six women.
