Myanmar reported 17 new COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours, according to a release from the Health and Sports Ministry on Tuesday, Xinhua reported.

The number of COVID-19 infections has risen to 142,179 and the death toll stood at 3,203 on Tuesday, the release said.
