Chinese foreign ministry spokesperson Wang Wenbin says that China will "state its position and concerns on China-US relations and resolutely safeguard its interests" during a scheduled visit by US Secretary of State Antony Blinken on Sunday.

Beijing also commented on the European Commission announcement that it will no longer use services that rely on Chinese telecom companies Huawei and ZTE.
