An explosion took place near Thanlyin Myoma Market in South Yangon District on November 24, according to locals.

The explosion occurred in a bush near Myawaddy Bank and the post office and military council troops regularly come to check the bank and post office.

It is not yet known the damage caused by the blast but junta troops fled after it, according to a ground report.
