The Constitutional Court website stated that the final verdict for Kayah State Chief Minister L Phaung Sho and Kayah State Legislative Assembly Chairman Hla Htwe will be given on October 27 at 10 a.m.

The final verdict will give on three issues of law including if the interpretation of article 263 is needed in the case in which former CM L Phoung Sho lodged a complaint through the President.

In this case, the case was heard online via e-court system and on October 6 the court heard the final arguments given by both parties. The date and time of the hearing and verdict has reportedly been informed to Kayah State Legislative Assembly.
