The Myanmar community in Los Angeles, California, in the United State conducted an activity in support of the Spring Revolution on Sunday 20 February or 20/02/2022, a date referred to as 22222 or the five 2s by those protesting junta rule in Myanmar.

Video messages sent by the National Unity Government (NUG) Prime Minister, Mahn Win Khaing Than, the former Chief Minister of Ayeyawady Region, Mahn Johnny, Min Ko Naing from the National Unity Consultative Council and Dr Tay Zar San, a physician and pro-democracy activist, were screened, according to a participant at the event.

Around 150 people attended the event that was mainly held in a covered area due to chilly weather. Souvenirs and food from well-wishers were sold to raise funds.
