Myanmar junta celebrates Independence Day

Junta's State Administration Council holds a ceremony in Myanmar’s capital of Naypyidaw to mark 74 years since the country, then known as Burma, officially declared independence from Britain. The ceremony chaired by the Vice-Chairman of State Administration Council, Vice-Senior General Soe Win, sees roughly 600 ministers and government officials attended with tight security presented around the premises.
