The Natogyi PDF announced on 27 October that five Junta soldiers were killed as a result of a drone bombing of Military Council forces stationed in the village of Suuphyukone, in the township of Natogyi Township in Mandalay Division.

On 26 October at around 5:00 pm, a drone attacked the Military Council troops stationed at Suphyukone Village’s High School by dropping four Inaga bombs.

"The Junta soldiers are stationed at Suuphyukone village high school. There are no students there at the moment because they are stationed in the facility,” an information officer of Natogyi PDF told Mizzima.

This attack has been carried out under what they call Operation Rural Raven and due to the operation, four members of the Military Council were killed on the spot, and one of them died later in hospital.

There are more than 1,000 households in Suuphyukone village of Natogyi Township, and the Military Council troops have been threatening the villagers. A local resident reported that there were even people who were beaten to death by junta soldiers.
