Qatar sends 13 tons of food aid to Afghanistan on a military plane to be distributed in hardest hit region of Afghanistan after a 5.9-magnitude quake struck the Paktika province killing more than 1,000 and leaving thousands homeless. The aid is to arrive at the Khost airport.
