The National Unity Government (NUG)

  • The NUG announced that the Federal Health Professionals Council (FHPC) had been established to take full responsibility and accountability for the welfare of the health care work force in the interim of Spring Revolution and transformational period beyond the victory of the revolution.
  • According to the Ministry of Defence-NUG, 4 soldiers and 1 police member made contact on Wednesday to join the public as they could no longer accept the military dictatorship.
  • According to the right to self-defence, the public have been taking part in a People’s Defensive War. The NUG announced that 65 members of the junta armed forces had died and 12 others had been injured on Tuesday.

Revolution Activities

  • The CEC of the NLD announced on Wednesday that 75 NLD offices had been blown up all over the country, 432 NLD members were still in detention and 8 others had lost their lives in the investigation after the coup by the military junta led by Min Aung Hlaing.
  • On Wednesday, Mandalay Monks’ Union led an anti-junta movement, reciting Parittas.
  • In Nahtogyi Township, Aung Tin Myo from Myawaddy Village and Pho Kyi from Aungtha Village, allegedly junta informers, were killed by a local PDF.
  • On Wednesday, a rally of Mandalay women marched against the military dictatorship, chanting anti-junta slogans.
  • In Chanaye Thazan Township, students’ unions made a protest in front of Su Private School on Tuesday for implementing the junta education and putting pressure on students.
  • According to local residents, there were no less than 3 explosions in Mandalay Region and U Hlaing Mg Win, administrator of Hayma Marla Ward, was shot dead.
  • In Longlone Township of Taninthayi Region, youth expressed their desire for official recognition of the NUG at the United Nations and against the military dictatorship on Wednesday afternoon.
  • In Longlone Township, students and youth showed their support for the NUG, chanting ‘Accept NUG, reject military’.
  • In Pauk Township of Magwe Region, the junta armed forces were attacked with mines by a local PDF on Monday and Wednesday. Reportedly, 26 junta soldiers died.
  • In recent days, the junta armed forces set fire to houses in villages in the south of Kalay. According to local residents, 40 houses were damaged.
  • In Tamu Township, local PDF conducted an ambush on junta soldiers who had come to town for their salaries on Wednesday. Reportedly, a junta soldier died.
  • In East Monywa District, Maletha Students’ Union led a march against the military dictatorship on Wednesday.
  • In Dibeyin Township, the junta armed forces were attacked with mines by Galon PDF near Myindan Village at about 2:20 pm Tuesday. Reportedly, there might be many casualties among junta soldiers.
  • In Kani Township, 3 junta frontline soldiers were attacked with mines by a local PDF between Natgyi Village and Chaungwagyi Village at about 2:00 pm Tuesday. Reportedly, all of them died.
  • In a village of Shwebo Township, there was a march against the military dictatorship on Wednesday morning.
  • As a 297-day protest, Kalay people marched against the military dictatorship on Wednesday at dawn.
  • 9 female members of the medical team from Kalay PDF Regiment (3) had to receive treatment at hospital as they had been beaten by junta soldiers when arrested.
  • In Kyain Seikgyi Township of Kayin State, the Spring Revolution Committee carried out a protest against the military dictatorship on Wednesday morning.
  • Spring Revolution Flames (SRF) announced that they would no longer show mercy on sellers and customers of military products, including Myanmar Beer.
  • To mark the 10th month of the military coup, Yangon women marched in front of Yuzana Plaza in Mingala Taung Nyunt Township on Wednesday, chanting anti-junta slogans.
  • In Thaketa Township of Yangon Region, Win Kyein, 10-household leader in (6) East Ward, was shot dead at 8:28 am Wednesday.
  • In Thanlyin Township, Mg Pan, the junta 100-household leader in Myohaung West Ward, was killed by a local PDF at 9:00 am Tuesday.
  • In Tontay Township, students’ unions expressed their desire against the military dictatorship and the junta education on Wednesday morning, raising their flag at the top of the Independence Monument.
  • In Bazundaung Township, youth conducted an anti-junta movement at (15) Paygone Bridge on Wednesday, hanging a banner against the military dictatorship and spreading brochures containing words of their revolution spirit.
  • According to local residents, there was an explosion at Arthit, a shop distributing Myanmar Beer, on the corner of Magwe Street and Pha-Ang Street in Hlaingthaya Township on Tuesday night.
  • On Wednesday, Women Alliance carried out a protest against the military dictatorship in front of Yuzana Plaza.
  • In Pha-Kant with more than 3 months of internet blackout, there was a rally for KIA, PDF, NUG and NUCC on Wednesday. They also expressed their objection to the military dictatorship.
  • In Ayeyarwaddy Region, Nyaungtone PDF announced on Wednesday that they had conducted 13 attacks to warn junta-pillars after their formation.

Ethnic Armed Organizations

  • In Bikka Village of Kyaikto Township in Mon State, a combined force of KNLA and local PDF conducted an attack on the junta army Ka-La-Ya Regiment (2) with a 40MM grenade launcher at 8:10 am Wednesday. Reportedly, 4 junta soldiers died and 7 others were injured.
  • KNDF Regiment (19) expressed their thanks to the Myanmar people from local and international community for taking part in a call for an RPG within 19 days.
  • In Indawgyi Area of Moenyin Township, there was a fighting between KIA and the junta army at about 8:30 am Wednesday.

The Military Council

  • The junta newspaper said that 12 supermarkets had been damaged due to explosions and fire by the NUG and PDF.
  • The junta newspaper said that arrangements were being made to sue Dr. Win Myat Aye, former Union Minister of Social Welfare, and responsible personnel under the anti-corruption law, for payment of 230,000 lakh MMK to buy helicopters without the effective use of the natural disaster risks management fund.
  • Dr. Thet Khine Win, the junta minister of health, said that plans must be systematically drawn and action must be taken in a timely manner for to prevent the entry of Covid variants and prevent further waves of pandemic in the country.
  • The junta anti-corruption commission announced that arrangements were being made to sue Dr. Htar Htar Lin, Director of Public Health Department, and Dr. Soe Oo, retired Director General, under the anti-corruption law.

Summary on 1st December

  • The military junta with no public’s support have been arresting and conducting lawsuits against staff members and ministers in the tenure of the public’s government. Such activities have highlighted jealousy and the inferiority complex of Min Aung Hlaing.
  • Despite 10 months of seizing power by force, the military junta could not do anything effectively. With a sense of jealousy for donations to the revolution forces, they restricted the banking system, which hurt the economic and social status of the country.
  • As for Sagaing, Chin, Kayah, Kayin, Kachin and Shan North, they had battles against the junta armed forces. In Yangon and Mandalay, guerrilla revolution regained momentum and so did protests against the military dictatorship.
