The National Unity Government (NUG)

 

  • On Friday morning, there was a meeting between the NUG Central Committee on the Interim Public Administration and Extended Public Administration Teams. Reportedly, Deputy Minister of Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Risks Management-NUG stated that the coordination among local forces was vital in local administration and the revolution spirit was their strength. He also cautioned about the need for security.
  • In the regular meeting of Committee Representing Pyitaungsu Hluttaw (CRPH), Ministry of Foreign Affairs-NUG presented about their activities at 7:00 pm Friday.
  • In Washington D.C of the United States, there was the opening ceremony of the office for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs-NUG on Friday.
  • In honour of the martyrs who lost lives in the Spring Revolution, PPTV+MOPEI and MOD have been selling Our Spring Bonds in 12 countries for family members.
  • In her message to the international community, the Minister of Foreign Affairs-NUG claimed that it would be a big mistake to assume the military junta had changed just by releasing a few prisoners from those who had been imprisoned unjustly.
  • According to Mandalay PDF on Friday, they had 8 battles against the junta armed forces invading the area starting from 8 November. Reportedly, there were casualties among no less than 36 junta soldiers. As for the PDF, they lost a comrade.

Revolution Activities

  • Shwe Mya Wah Sayardaw, a monk who had been released from prison on Thursday, went to Hledan for alms on Saturday morning. Reportedly, many people donated alms to him.
  • As a 618-day protest, a combined rally of Salingyi North and Yinmabin East marched against the military dictatorship on Saturday.
  • In Kani Township of Sagaing Region, Spring Revolution Rally led a protest against the military dictatorship even amidst lack of security on Saturday.
  • Through the DVB, Captain Dragon called on Sagaing PDFs to carry out invasive attacks at the same time by taking advantage of the fact that a large number of the junta armed forces have had to be mobilized in Kachin State and Rakhine State.
  • In Myinmu, there was a mine attack on a military convoy in town on Saturday morning.
  • On Monywa-Chaung U Road Section, local PDF conducted a mine attack on the junta army from North West Military Headquarters at 9:30 am Saturday.
  • On Saturday, Chaung-U Township PDF announced that Monywa-Myinmu and Monywa-Pakkoku road sections had to be closed urgently.
  • In Shwebo Township, there was a remote mine attack on the camps of junta soldiers and Pyusawti members in Kawt Village at about 3:00 am Friday.
  • In Myinmu Township, PDFs attacked 6 junta soldiers drinking alcohol in the compound of Letha Monastery on Friday night. Reportedly, 4 junta members died and 2 others were seriously injured.
  • On Monywa-Chaung U Road Section, there was a mine attack on the car of the junta township police officer on Friday.
  • In Khin-U Township, 2 PDF members lost their lives in a mine accident on Friday afternoon.
  • For the fund-raising campaign by Wetlet-based PDF Battalion 18, Lights of the Future Group donated 100 lakh MMK.
  • In the west of Khin-U Township, the junta army set fire to Paunghnegone Village on Friday night.
  • In Sagaing Township, the junta army set fire to Sintkaing North Village on Thursday. Reportedly, 12 houses were burnt down to ashes.
  • In Maha Aungmye Township of Mandalay Region, Tun Myint, allegedly a junta informer and administrator of Mingone Ward, was shot dead by unknown gunmen at about 11:00 am Saturday.
  • In Madayar Township, the IDP camp in Yelegyun Village was set on fire. Reportedly, the IDPs are badly in need of help.
  • In Myaing Township of Magwe Region, PDFs attacked the junta army twice at about 2:00 pm Friday. Reportedly, no less than 7 junta soldiers might have died.
  • In Pakkoku, U Ye Tint, a former junta army captain, was shot on Friday morning.
  • In Taungoo Township of Bago Region, Taungoo Youth shared the brochures calling for no sale of the junta army products.
  • In Longlone of Taninthayi Region, there was an anti-junta banner in front of local high school on Saturday morning.
  • In the area controlled by KNU Brigade (3), a PDF member from Kyonepyaw Township of Ayeyarwaddy Region was hit with mortar fired by the junta army and lost his life on 15 November.

Ethnic Armed Organizations

  • In Pha-Ang Township of Kayin State, the junta Border Guard Force-BGF opened fire in Mikayin Village on Friday evening. Consequently, 3 local people lost their lives.
  • In Moemauk, Bamaw and Hpakant of Kachin State, the junta armed forces conducted an invasion in recent days. In Hsezin Area of Hpakant Township, they carried out an air strike, according to the communication person of the Kachin Independence Army- KIA.
  • In Indaw Township of Sagaing Region, there was a battle between the junta army and KIA+PDF on Friday afternoon. Reportedly, 20 junta soldiers, including officers, died.
  • In Hpakant Township of Kachin State, KIA and PDF shot at the 8 junta soldiers, including Captain Zaw Wai Soe, relaxing at Sky KTV at 10:40 pm Friday. Reportedly, 5 junta members died and 3 others were seriously injured.
  • In Hpakant, 5 local people were arrested under the accusation that they had relations with the KIA members who had been arrested in Myitkyina.
  • In Dimawso Township of Karenni State, there was an attack on the junta army camp in Hsinmataung Village on Thursday. According to KNDF, 2 junta soldiers died.
  • In Mutraw District of Kayin State, 36 junta soldiers died in local battles between 1 and 15 November.
  • There was an announcement on Friday that an alliance was established between the Karenni Revolution Union and the Shan South Local Revolution Union.

The Military Council

  • On Friday, the military junta announced that 41 members of the AA, KIA, RCSS and KNU/KNLA had been declared amnesty.
  • On Friday night, the military junta announced that the lawsuits had been closed for four members of the AA and KIA.
  • On Friday, the military junta announced that prestigious titles had been granted to former Ministers and State/Regional Chairs who served the country between 1988 and 2011.
