The National Unity Government (NUG) 

  • NUG ministries and witnesses of the junta army war crimes in Letyatgone Village in Dibeyin Township in Sagaing Region held a press conference.
  • The NUG Ministry of Planning, Finance and Investment announced that the pilot project period of NUG Pay had ended and NUG Pay Commercial Launch would come back soon with better services. 
  • At 10:00 am on Sunday, there was a meeting between the Central Committee on the Interim Public Administration and teams of public administration from special administrative areas. 

Revolutionary Activities 

  • In Monywa in Sagaing Region, junta soldiers in plain clothes arrived while two young people were protesting against the military dictatorship on Monday morning. Consequently, there were exchanges of fire between the junta army and a local PDF. 
  • In Kawlin Township, a troop of over 100 junta soldiers raided Alegone Village and set fire to people’s houses starting at 9:00 am on Monday. 
  • In Katha Township, there was fighting between the junta armed forces and local PDFs near Mesi Village on Sunday. Reportedly, junta soldiers arrested 30 local people. 
  • In Wetlet Township, there was an attack using a drone on the junta armed forces raiding a local village on Sunday. 
  • According to Adventure (A.S.D), there might have been casualties among junta soldiers. 
  • In Htilin Township in Gantgaw District, Magwe Region, a local man aged 78 hanged himself because he was scared when the junta army invaded Sinswe Village. 
  • In Boatpyin Township in Tanintharyi Region, there was a clash between the junta army and local PDFs near Chaungmon Village on Sunday evening. 
  • In Longlone Township, there was a night strike with candles against the military dictatorship on Sunday. 
  • In Minbya Township in Rakhine State, there was a battle between the junta armed forces and Arakan Army (AA) near Kaunglaungchaung Village at 10:30 am on Monday. According to local people, the military junta used both air strikes and waterway attacks. 
  • In Mingala Taung Nyunt Township in Yangon Region, the Union of Myanmar Civil Defence conducted a remote mine attack on the administration office in Kandawle South Ward on Sunday night. 
  • In Pauk Kaung Township in Bago Region, there were bomb explosions at the junta immigration office and the junta municipal office at 5:40 pm on Sunday. 
  • In Haingyigyun Township in Ayeyarwaddy Region, the junta armed forces arrested three men from Ngabyaema Village on Saturday. 
  • In Hpakant Township in Kachin State, local people expressed their sorrow for the loss of PDF and EAO members in the Spring Revolution. They then showed their support for the KIA, PDF and NUG. Besides, they protested against the military dictatorship. 

Ethnic Armed Organisations 

  • On Monday, the Karenni National Defence Force (KNDF) called on the general public to help with the collection of rations in Karenni State. 
  • In the area under the Karen National Union (KNU) Brigade 6, there were ongoing battles on the Myawaddy to Wawlay Road. Reportedly, the junta army continued to face great losses there. 
  • According to the Chin National Organisation (CNO) on Sunday, a junta soldier died during fighting in Falam Township of Chin State. 
  • In Matupi Township, there were battles between a local CDF and the junta armed forces. Reportedly, four junta soldiers died and no less than eight others were injured. 

The Military Council 

  • The peace delegations of the National Democratic Alliance Army, Shan State Progress Party/Shan State Army and United Wa State Party arrived at Nay Pyi Taw for discussions with the military junta.
  • U Aung Tun Khine, the junta deputy minister of Social Welfare, said that vocational training should be provided to children who do not want formal education and it was necessary for the best interests of each child. 
  • On Saturday, the junta General Administration Department instructed restaurants and shops in Sittway in Rakhine State to close at a fixed time. 
  • In Rakhine State, there was heavy fighting between the junta army and the Arakan Army (AA) near the town of Minbya on Monday morning. Reportedly, the military junta invaded the area using the roads and rivers.

  • In Rakhine State, there were heavy battles between the junta armed forces and the AA. Reportedly, the military junta used all their forces; army, navy and air force. However, they had to abandon their camps one after another and many junta soldiers ran away. 
  • In Kayin State, there were ongoing battles between the junta army and the KNLA. The same was true in Karenni State. Reportedly, local defence forces asked for help from the public.
