The National Unity Government (NUG)

· In the monthly report by Mandalay PDF under the Ministry of Defence- NUG, it was mentioned that there had been 37 battles within a month of Taung Thaman Operation. Reportedly, 95 junta soldiers died and the revolutionary force managed to take control of some areas including the Mandalay-Lashio Union Road.

· According to the Anti-Coup Committee (Korea), they provided the NUG with their monthly contribution in Won (equivalent to 100,000USD) on 23 November.

· At 11:00 am Saturday, there was a meeting between the Committee Representing the Pyitaungsu Hluttaw (CRPH) and the Sagaing Federal Unit Hluttaw.

· According to the Spring Development Bank, they sold out all their shares worth 10 million USD by 6:00 pm on 26 November before the deadline.

· On Sunday, there was a meeting between the NUG Central Committee on the Interim Public Administration and the Township People’s Administration from Tanintharyi Region, Ayeyarwady Region and Bago Region.

Revolutionary Activities

· In Shwebo of Sagaing Region, the PDFs attacked 4 junta camps in the western part of the town on Saturday morning. Reportedly, they managed to control two of them.

· In Monywa Township, there was an attack on the junta police station in Nyaung Phyu Bin Village. Reportedly, 7 junta soldiers died and some others were injured.

· In Kani Township, a large number of local people attended the funeral of two PDF members who lost their lives in the battle of Communication Camp.

· In a village of Shwebo Township, there was a rally with signs Saying: “Don’t wait for fighting. Just start it.”

· In the eastern platform of Shwe Dagon Pagoda in Yangon amidst tight security, Octopus Social Group conducted an anti-junta movement on Monday, hanging a banner saying: ‘Let’s meet in Yangon’.

· In Gyobinkauk Township of Bago Region, there was a clash between the junta army and local PDFs in the clearance operation of Pazunseik Elephant Camp, which had been burnt by junta soldiers.

· In Myingyan Township of Mandalay Region, there was a mine attack on a junta inspection gate and a troop of junta soldiers. Reportedly, there were casualties.

Ethnic Armed Organisations (EAOs)

· In the second wave of Operation 1027 which got started on Monday morning, the Ta’ang National Liberation Army (TNLA) attacked the junta army camps in Muse, Kyaukme and Lashio townships in Northern Shan State.

· In Namkham on the China-Myanmar border, the TNLA attacked Sakhanthit junta army camp.

· On 27 November, it was a month since Operation 1027 was started by the Northern Alliance including the TNLA, Myanmar National Democratic Alliance Army (MNDAA) and Arakan Army (AA). A spokesperson of the MNDAA stated that they would proceed with a nationwide operation.

· On Sunday, the alliance of MNDAA took control of another two junta camps in the Kokang Area.

· In Matupi Township of Chin State, a policeman from the junta’s Myoma Police Station, along with his family and weapons, defected to a local CDF.

The Military Council

· According to junta propaganda, it was just a rumour on social media that the staff and prisoners from Winka Police Station and Taungzun Detention Center in Beelin Township had run away in the face of attacks by revolutionary forces.

· In Eastern Dagon Township of Yangon Region, the junta Minister of Industry and the junta Minister of Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation inspected the paper factories on 24 November.

· The junta propaganda leader claimed that the NUG, the PDF and some EAOs had been attacking the development of the electricity sector in Myanmar.

· In the meeting with the All-China Youth Federation, the junta Minister of Information discussed bilateral cooperation between the media sectors of China and Myanmar.

Summary on 28 November

· There were heavy battles in Sagaing, Magwe, Shan North and Karenni. The military junta suffered great losses and they had to relinquish one camp after another.

· The junta spokesman has claimed on a daily basis that the attacks on their camps and buildings were like fighting against public property.
