  • Union Prime Minister of the NUG said that it was necessary to identify a judiciary system which would be suited for the interim and inform the public about it. He also added that the government was to work hard in unity for the future generation.
  • Minister of Defence-NUG said that the PDFs had become strong enough not to be defeated by the military junta.
  • According to The End of Dictatorship, every piece of land in Spring Yangon Investment Housing Project had been sold out on the very first day of their sale organized by Ministry of Planning, Finance and Investment-NUG.

  • According to local defence forces, there were 46 battles in Karenni State in August. Reportedly, 40 junta soldiers died and 5 civilians lost their lives due to firing of ammunition by the junta army.

  • Summary on 2 September
  • The junta peace discussion is not an all-inclusive one. At the time of pressure in terms of military, political and diplomatic affairs, they have been doing it just for self-interest with incentives.
  • The military junta has been trying various methods to spread their propaganda news among the public. However, it would just be a distant dream to get the better of global social media and Google.
  • The junta armed forces have been bullying the general public by force. On the other hand, they have had a great loss in battles against ethnic armed organizations. They would face the same when the PDFs grow in strength.
