After a person who attended a small religious ceremony tested COVID-19 positive, the health authorities sent Hip Hop singer J-Me and two family members living with him to a quarantine centre in Hlaing Township.

Singer J-Me and his family visited a hospital in South Okkalapa, Yangon on April 14 for testing.

Singer J-Me attended a prayer meeting held in Insein, Yangon along with COVID-19 confirmed case rock singer Myo Gyi.

As at April 14 at 9 p.m. in Myanmar there were 63 coronavirus confirmed cases, four died while two recovered from the illness and 1,394 people are under surveillance in quarantine.
